Alright makeup gurus, I need some advice for my cosplay look!

I am doing a genderswap of Thanos from Marvel (specifically the Infinity War vibe), and am looking for some tips for makeup!I don't want to paint myself purple, so I was thinking of using purple and light blue/pearly highlighter on my face, neck and arms to give a purple-ish alien glow to my skin. Will normal fixing spray be enough, or should I upgrade to pro-fixant? I'm kind of at a loss for how to do the lines (scars?) on his face and arms. I can cut stencils and use those as a template, but I'm torn between airbrush or lose powder. I want than to be subtle, so I'm worried the airbrush may be too pronounced.I'm doing either purple or gold lips, depending on what I settle on for the eyes. I was planning on doing really dramatic dark smokey eyes, in varying shades of purple with bright gold liner. I'm not as worried about the eyes - it's more so the skin effects!Any and all help is greatly appreciated! via /r/MakeupAddiction

I love this palette and it's, I think, my favorite eyeshadow palette, like, ever. I'm not going to say it's not powdery at all, because it is, but I don't really consider that a huge problem. As long as you tap off your brush before going in to apply it, you shouldn't really have any problems with fallout. As for the shades being "hard to blend," I didn't find that to be the case AT ALL. I think all of these shades are actually suuuuuper easy to blend. I'm just a novice when it comes to applying makeup but so far, this palette has never posed even a slight chall...
